Bolu is a year 2000 mechanical engineering graduate of University of Ilorin. He holds a Masters’ degree in Energy Technology and Management from University of Ibadan. He holds the globally revered certification in project management – Project Management Professional (PMP) and Energy management – Certified Energy Manager (CEM). His career in Facilities, Project and Energy Efficiency management spans over 18 years in various industries. He is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and an associate member of International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE).

He has, within the past 17 years, helped companies like Delta Prospectors Ltd, The Freedom Group, Bees Industries Ltd, Tantalizers Plc, Blueflag Ltd, Smackers Ltd (owners of The Place restaurant, bar and club) and IBIC Holdings meet their strategic business goals through the introduction of various innovative solutions to facilities issues. He helped most of these companies save millions of naira through retrofitting and various energy efficiency initiatives. He brings this wealth of experience to help Bolucci clients manage their facilities optimally.

Chuks is a 1987 Mechanical Engineering graduate of University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University. He also holds an MSc and PhD degrees in same field, with specialization in Energy Studies. He has vast industrial and academic experiences in both public and private sectors such as senior lecturer and Head of Mechanical Engineering department at University of Ibadan, Production Manager at Beta Industries Ltd, and Factory Manager at Tolaram Clay Bricks Ltd. He is an active member of several professional bodies such as Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Nigerian Environmental Study Team (NEST), Solar Energy Society of Nigeria (SESN), Nigerian Economic Society (NES), to mention a few.

He was awarded the NSE prize for contributions to engineering in Nigeria in 1994, and also received the award of the best PhD Thesis of the University of Ibadan in 2008. He is a key facilitator at the University of Ibadan Centre for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law (CPEEL). He is also in the forefront of the establishment of Entrepreneurial education and Energy Studies at the University of Ibadan. He brings his wealth of local and international experience to strategic direction setting and leadership at Bolucci.

Osagie is a 1991 mechanical engineering graduate of University of Benin. He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and MBA both from same school. His experience spans over 2 decades in various industries and in different capacities. He started with Sona Breweries and later moved to Dangote Industries’ Pasta Division as a Project Engineer where he championed the building of Production Line 5.

He showed a lot of initiatives and business acumen as the Head of Production with the Freedom Group where he initiated and developed a lot of businesses and products. He was, until his appointment, the General Manager, Operations at Zonio Enterprises where he was overseeing solid minerals deposit acquisition, mining, processing and supply of industrial minerals like Feldspar, Limestone, Kaolin, Barite, Lead, Coal and Calcite. He brings his wealth of experience to help develop Bolucci businesses.

Dayo is a year 2000 mechanical engineering graduate of the prestigious University of Ilorin. He holds an MSc degree in Petroleum Engineering from the prestigious Herriot-Watt University, Scotland. His career in projects and Oil and Gas industry spans over 18 years. He started as a Project Engineer with Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) where he successfully managed several subsea projects for over 7 years.

He worked at different times with Sterling Global Oil Resources, Waltersmith Petroman Oil Ltd, British Petroleum and Total Producing Nigeria Ltd. He is a member of the Society for Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and an associate member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). He brings his highly professional experience and exposure to global best practices to Bolucci Projects.

Yemi is a 2009 Estate Management graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic. However, he has been practicing Estate Management and Valuation for over 15 years. He has helped companies like Yewa Properties, Diya Fatimilehin & Co, TL Properties and Tantalizers Plc meet their corporate objectives through win-win valuations, sales and acquisitions of Real Estate.

He was particularly instrumental to the acquisition of the most strategic and most profitable additions to the Tantalizers business locations. He also helped Tantalizers make extra money that would have hitherto been lost through effective space management and subletting. He is particularly good at using scientific methods to help arrive at win-win valuation for all parties. He brings this experience to Bolucci Real Estate.

Seye is a 2004 Chemistry graduate of University of Ilorin. He has 15 years’ experience in the area of chemical analytics of food, drugs and water in different companies, and in varying capacities. He started his career with the National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC) as an Analytical Chemist. He’s worked with Bond Chemical Industries Ltd, 2712 Assets Company Ltd, Fasey Water Treatment Technology Company Ltd and very recently, Flip & Hemi’s.

Seye has held positions like Production Manager, Field Chemist, Design Chemist and General Manager at these earlier mentioned companies, helping them surpass their quality requirements. He’s a member of Nigerian Institute of Management. He brings these quality experiences to Bolucci Water Purification Systems department.
